Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Client Care and Outreach Coordinator to join the team at our thriving Anti-Aging and Wellness Center. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. Set up tables at events, promote the serotonin name outside of the center, and book consultations for the practice! The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, cares about the health and wellbeing of the clients, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Take new clients on tours of the Facility

Manage Clients Memberships and Appointments

Qualifications:

Bilingual

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

Sales and Marketing Background

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Background in Health, Wellness, and or Fitnness
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
